Weekly stays run from Saturday to Saturday.

Short Breaks
Prices shown for short breaks are for 3 night weekend breaks or 4 night mid-week breaks. If your short break commences on a Friday, then the following Saturday price will apply. Additional nights are charged at one-seventh of the weekly price for the week in which the nights fall. Short breaks can be booked any time in advance, except for the following dates which can only be booked within 28 days of the start date:

18 Jul 2008 - 29 Aug 2008
25 Oct 2008 - 01 Nov 2008
20 Dec 2008 - 03 Jan 2009
Winter Booking Reductions and Smaller Party Reductions are not applicable to short breaks.

Pets
Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.

Horses
For field grazing only, the cost is £25 per horse per week / £15 per horse for short breaks. There is an additional cost for stabling with bedding, hay and feed - please contact us with full details of your requirements.

What's included
All rates include electricity, heating oil, linen, duvets, blankets, bath towels and tea towels. Guests are requested to bring their own beach towels. A complementary basket of logs is provided for the wood burner.

Discounts
A smaller party reduction of 25% on the weekly holiday price will be made if the total party size does not exceed 4 persons. Babies aged under two sleeping in cots do not count in the party total. This discount applies only to holidays of one week or more between the following dates:
01 March 2008 – 24 May 2008
31 May 2008 - 19 July 2008
30 August 2008 - 20 December 2008
(excluding Christmas and New Year weeks)

A winter booking reduction of 20% on the stated weekly holiday price applies in the following periods:
01 March 2008 - 22 March 2008
1 November - 20 December 2008
(excluding Christmas and New Year weeks).
Note: A reduction may not be applied in conjunction with any other reduction and does not apply to short breaks.

How to Book
Please check the Season Dates and Availability for your required holiday stay and confirm by telephone or email. A provisional booking can then be made pending receipt of your Booking Form and deposit. Please read the Terms and Conditions prior to booking.
